Mr. Ohn is a former Deputy Attorney General with the California Department of Justice in Los Angeles.

A California based company and its officers were sued by a former business partner and officer seeking hundreds of thousands of dollars in compensatory damages for, among other things, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and violation of California's Unfair Competition law.
