Antitrust & Unfair Practices

The Law Offices of Gerald S. Ohn, APC represents individuals and businesses in matters, including class actions, in which sellers of a product conspired to set or fix prices or used illegal, improper or unfair business practices. These complex matters involve a range of industries and have been asserted in California against some of the largest multi-national companies in the world.

There are numerous ways in which a company may violate antitrust or unfair business practice laws. For example, businesses may be agreeing upon prices or dividing up a geographic region and agreeing not to compete against each other to keep prices artificially high to the detriment of consumers. Other unfair business practices may include tying the purchase of one item to another, again to the harm of consumers.
